Stir-fried bok choy with noodles
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, oil, sweet soy sauce, limes (pressed), pork fillets à la minute (about 360 g), noodles (250 g), cashew nuts (unsalted, coarsely chopped), bok choy (approx. ) and washed).

Make in a bowl a marinade of 1 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp ketjap, 2 tbsp lime juice, salt and pepper. Place the fillet patties in the marinade.

Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the packaging. Roast the cashews in a frying pan without oil or butter in about 3 minutes until golden brown. Let cool on a plate.

Cut the stems and the leaf of the bok choy into strips. Keep the magazine separate. Heat the rest of the oil in a stirring stir fry the stalks 2-3 min. Until they are al dente. Add the leaf, stir-fry for 1 min.

Meanwhile, heat the grill pan. Take the fillet steaks from the marinade and grill them in 1 min. Per side nicely brown and just cooked. In the meantime, pour the noodles through the bok choy and season with the rest of the soy sauce, the rest of the lime juice and salt and pepper.

Divide the noodles with the paksoi over 4 bowls and add the sweet soybeans. Sprinkle with the cashew nuts. Delicious with sweet chili sauce.
