Stir-fried cabbage with cashew nuts
Vegetarian oriental stir-fried cabbage with cashews and coconut.

Remove the stalk from the pointed cabbage and cut into strips of about 1 cm thick.

Cut the spring onions into slanted rings. Halve the lime and cut half in 4 slices.

Chop the cashew nuts coarsely. Roast in a woking cashew and coconut in about 1 min. Remove the nuts and coconut from the pan.

Heat in a stirring oil. Add the coals and curry and stir-fry stirring in approx. 5 min. Crunchy.

Add the last min. The spring onion and fry while you are paddling. Stir in the nuts and coconut.

Season with salt and a few drops of lime juice.

Remove from the heat and finely chop the coriander over the coals. Garnish with slices of lime.
