Stir-fried cauliflower with red curry
A nice thai recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: green beans (cleaned), cauliflower (in small florets), rice oil (bottle 500 ml), garlic (finely chopped), red curry paste (packet 70 g), Japanese soy sauce (bottle 250 ml) and lime ( scrubbered).
Cut the green beans into slanted pieces. Boil with cauliflower for 3 minutes. Drain in a colander and drain.
Heat the oil in a stir frying pan the garlic and curry paste 1 min. Add the vegetables and cook for 5 min. On high heat. Change regularly. Add halfway the soy sauce.
Grate the green skin of the lime and squeeze out the fruit. Scoop the grater and 2 tbsp juice through the vegetables. Add more juice to taste. Serve immediately. Delicious with pandan rice and vegetarian vegetable balls (bowl 210 g).
