Directions

  1. Mix the strips of bacon with the sambal and ketjapmarinadeen let stand for a moment.
  2. Bring water with salt to the boil and blanch the leek for about 2 minutes. Scoop out of the water and drain well in a colander.
  3. Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the bacon and the leek for a few minutes.
  4. Add the shiitakes and cook for about 2 minutes. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
  5. Tasty with boiled potatoes.
