Stir-fried leeks with shiitake and bacon

Mix the strips of bacon with the sambal and ketjapmarinadeen let stand for a moment.

Bring water with salt to the boil and blanch the leek for about 2 minutes. Scoop out of the water and drain well in a colander.

Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the bacon and the leek for a few minutes.

Add the shiitakes and cook for about 2 minutes. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Tasty with boiled potatoes.
