Stir-fried sprouts
Brussels sprouts with wok noodles, beef strips and cashew nuts.

Clean the sprouts and cook until tender in 10 minutes.

In the meantime, prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the packaging.

Heat oil in a stirring stir fry the beef strips 1 min. Add the sprouts and wok sauce and stir fry for another 2 minutes.

Divide the noodles over bowls and pour the sprouting mixture on them. Sprinkle with the cashew nuts.
