Stir-fried turkey and noodles
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, sunflower oil, turkey breast (in strips), bok choy (in strips), winter carrot (in half slices), red pepper (desiccated and in strips), fresh ginger root (peeled), light soy sauce, Chinese noodles and toasted sesame seeds.

Heat in wok oil.

Turkey slices in 3 min.

Around brown bowls, sprinkle with 1/2 tsp salt and pepper and remove with skimmer.

Stir-fry 10 minutes in the remaining oil.

Add turkey and pepper strips and fry for 1 min.

Meanwhile prepare according to directions for use.

Extrude ginger root over soy sauce with firm garlic press.

Distribute over four plates or bowls and pour over soy sauce.

Put the vegetable mixture on top and sprinkle the dish with sesame seeds..
