Strawberry lady blanche
A tasty French recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: icecream (1 liter bin), strawberries, coconut cream (a 200 ml) and dark chocolate (100 g).

Cut 1/2 liter of ice out of the bowl and put it into a bowl (put the rest back into freezer).

Ice melt slightly.

Meanwhile, wash strawberries, remove crowns and cut into quarters.

Spread the strawberries with ice and put them in freezer until use.

Heat in saucepan cream.

Break the chocolate into pieces and stir in the cream.

Continue stirring until chocolate is melted, do not let it boil.

Distribute strawberry ice into four slices, pour hot chocolate sauce over it.
