Strawberry sorbet with orange
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: oranges, sugar, strawberries (halved) and powdered sugar.

Finish 1 orange well and grate 1 tablespoon of orange zest.

Squeeze out the oranges.

Bring the juice with the sugar and the orange zest to the boil.

Let the sugar roast while stirring and let the syrup gently simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Allow the syrup to cool.

Puree 500 g strawberries in the food processor and stir in the orange syrup.

Transfer this mixture to a deep-freeze container and let it freeze uncovered in 3-4 hours.

Mince the frozen ice after 2 hours with the hand blender, this prevents the ice crystals from becoming too big.

Or scrape the formed ice from the wall every half hour and scoop the ice cream well.

Halve the rest of the strawberries.

Spoon the bread rolls and serve in beautiful glasses.

Divide the rest of the strawberries and sprinkle the whole with powdered sugar..
