Let the fruit reach room temperature or defrost it in the microwave.

Puree three quarters of the fruit in the blender.

Add the cranberry compote, sugar and protein and mix everything while turning on the highest setting until a thick pink cream.

Pour the cream into small slices and garnish with the remaining fruit and some mint.
