Stuffed apples
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, old white bread, apples (eg Elstar), minced meat (half-to-half), egg, garlic (extruded), cinnamon and oil.

Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Soak the bread in 100 ml of water. Cut a nice cap of the apples. Drill out the cores with an apple drill. Make the opening so much larger that a wall of approx. 2 cm thick remains.

Squeeze the water out of the bread. Mix the mince with bread, egg, garlic, cinnamon and salt and pepper. Fill the apples with the minced meat and press it well.
