A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, brown baguettes, herb butter, apples (Granny Smith), maatjes (2 pieces), a salad (250 g) and cabbage lettuce.

Directions

  1. Halve bread in length and roll it out slightly.
  2. Spread the bread with herb butter.
  3. Peel the apples, remove the cores and cut them into pieces.
  4. Cut herring into strips.
  5. Mixing the seller's salad with herring, onions (out of the pack) and apple.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Clean, wash and pat dry.
  8. Spread lettuce leaves over half of bread.
  9. Create herring salad and cover with other bread halves.
  10. Cut up loaves of bread..
