Halve bread in length and roll it out slightly.

Spread the bread with herb butter.

Peel the apples, remove the cores and cut them into pieces.

Cut herring into strips.

Mixing the seller's salad with herring, onions (out of the pack) and apple.

Clean, wash and pat dry.
