Stuffed bread roll with spinach
A tasty recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: meat, (olive) oil, smoked bacon (in thin strips), pine nuts, garlic (finely chopped), ready-to-cook spinach, matured cheese (grated), pepper and fougasse de boulogne (pre-baked).

Heat in wok oil.

Bake bacon strips in crispy brown for about 2 minutes.

Rub pine nuts for approx.

1 minute.

Spread bacon and pine nuts on thick layer of kitchen paper.

Bake garlic for 30 seconds in bacon fat.

Add spinach in parts and let shrink on high heat.

Drain in the sieve and allow to cool slightly.

Press out as much moisture as possible.

In a bowl mix bacon, pine nuts and cheese with spinach.

Season with pepper.

Preheat oven to 225 ° C.

Cut off and store tops of breads.

Loosen bread loosely.

Fill bread with spinach mixture.

Put caps back on and bake in oven in 8-10 minutes.

Serve warm or lukewarm..
