Directions

  1. Halve the chicken fillet lengthwise. Heat a grill pan and grill the chicken in 8 minutes until done. Turn halfway. Remove from the pan and cut into strips.
  2. Meanwhile cut the baby cream into bars of 1 cm. Cut 2 slices of bread for each sandwich.
  3. Cut the anchovy fillets finely and grate the Parmesan cheese.
  4. Mix the anchovies and cheese with the Caesar dressing and cover half of the bread with this mixture.
  5. Divide the lettuce and chicken over it and cover with the rest of the bread. Spread the exterior of the sandwiches with the rest of the Caesar dressing.
  6. Heat the grill pan and grill 2 sandwiches 6 minutes. Turn halfway. Keep warm and repeat with the rest.
