Stuffed chicken fillet with green herbs
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, cottage cheese, garlic (pressed), basil (finely chopped), chives (finely chopped), protein (beaten), chicken breasts (about 125 g each), butter, lemon juice and dry white wine.

Mix in a bowl the cottage cheese with the pressed garlic, basil, chives, half the protein and salt and pepper to taste.

Cut the chicken fillets up to 1 cm from the edge as a bag. Scoop the filling into the opening. Brush the edges with protein and push them together. Grab each chicken fillet tightly in a piece of cling film and put them in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

Rub the chicken breasts around with salt and pepper. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the chicken breasts around brown, Sprinkle the lemon juice over it and bake for another 2 minutes. Pour the wine into the pan along the edge and roast the chicken fillets in a gentle heat for about 10 minutes. Place the chicken fillets on a shelf, cover them with aluminum foil and let them rest for 5 minutes.

Pour 2 tablespoons of water into the frying pan and cook on a high heat for 2 minutes to a nice gravy. Season with salt and pepper. Tasty with tagliatelle and broccoli.
