Ingredients
Directions
-
Prepare the almond paste with a fork and mix 1 tablespoon of the finely chopped chocolate into a coherent whole. Form 4 equal balls of this.
-
Heat the cream with the rest of the chocolate and a pinch of cinnamon until the chocolate has melted. Remove the pan from the heat source and whisk the sauce thoroughly with a whisk.
-
Fill the cavities of 4 half casseroles with a ball of food and push another half pear against it.
-
Cut the bottom of the pears slightly so that they stay upright and put them on a plate. Pour a spoonful of hot chocolate sauce over the pears and serve immediately.
