Stuffed apples with speculaas and vanilla custard

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Bring the raisins with the thyme and apple juice to a boil in a saucepan. Heat gently for about 5 minutes until the raisins have absorbed the moisture.
