Beat in the food processor or with a mixer with whisks in 4 min. The mascarpone with the whipped cream, powdered sugar and hazelnut paste into a thick cream.

Prepare the espressos with the coffee capsules and Nespresso machine. Mix in the Baileys.

Dip half of the cookies in the coffee and place them on the bottom of the coupes or wine glasses. Put in half of the cream.

Dip the rest of the cookies in the coffee and place them on the cream. Spoon the rest of the hazelnut cream and sprinkle with the finely chopped chocolate.
