A nice thai recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: coconut milk, salt, cantaloupe melon, galia melon, watermelon and ice cubes.

Directions

  1. Coconut milk and salt stir together and put in a refrigerator until use.
  2. Peel melons, remove seeds and cut into slices (or cubes).
  3. Arrange melon on four flat plates.
  4. Distribute ice cubes over bowls, pour salted coconut milk on them.
  5. Place bowls next to melon on plates..
