Chilled coconut milk with melon
A nice thai recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: coconut milk, salt, cantaloupe melon, galia melon, watermelon and ice cubes.

Coconut milk and salt stir together and put in a refrigerator until use.

Peel melons, remove seeds and cut into slices (or cubes).

Arrange melon on four flat plates.

Distribute ice cubes over bowls, pour salted coconut milk on them.
