Blackberry pie

A tasty Dutch recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: flour (extra to pollinate), semolina (pack 500 g), white caster sugar, cold butter (diced), egg (beaten), freshly sweet apples ((eg elstar), peeled), blackberries (250 g and freezer).

Directions

  1. Mix the flour, semolina, 1 tbsp sugar and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Add the butter and quickly mix into coarse crumbs. Add the egg and quickly knead to a smooth dough. Form a ball, cover with cling film and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cut the apples into quarters, remove the bell house. Cut the quarters into pieces. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Sprinkle the worktop thinly with flour and roll out the dough into a round piece of approx. 35 cm diameter. Place the dough on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Spoon the apple and the frozen blackberries and leave about 8 cm around. Sprinkle the fruit with 2 tbsp sugar and fold the edge inwards over the fruit. Sprinkle the edge with the rest of the sugar. Fry the cake in the middle of the oven for about 30 minutes.
  3. Remove from the oven, cool slightly and serve hot. Delicious with crème fraîche.
