Stuffed limes with mackerel mousse
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: fish, limes, smoked mackerel fillet, garlic (squeezed), mayonnaise, crème fraîche, soy sauce, red pepper (minced without seeds), fresh vegetables (15 g), salt and lamb's lettuce with beetroot.
Clean lime, halve and squeeze lime.
Cut thin slices from the underside of lime halves so that they remain standing.
Remove any slivers.
From mackerel 8 loose strips and keep for garnish.
In bowl finely crush mackerel with fork.
Season garlic, mayonnaise, crème fraîche, 1 tablespoon lime juice, soy sauce and 2/3 of peppercorns.
Cut half of the dill above it and mix everything until smooth.
Season with salt and possibly a few drops of lime juice.
Flat-coat with field salad with beetroot.
Fill lime halves high with mackerel mousse.
Garnish with pieces of mackerel, rest of pepper pieces and dill.
Set to scale..
