Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 225 ° C.
  2. Clean the potatoes and halve them. Boil the potatoes in a pan with plenty of water and possibly salt. Cut the cloves of garlic into slices.
  3. Drain the potatoes with a colander and let them evaporate briefly. Mix the garlic, salt, oregano and oil in a bowl.
