Preheat the oven to 225 ° C.

Clean the potatoes and halve them. Boil the potatoes in a pan with plenty of water and possibly salt. Cut the cloves of garlic into slices.

Drain the potatoes with a colander and let them evaporate briefly. Mix the garlic, salt, oregano and oil in a bowl.

Cut the potatoes (with peel) into pieces and mix them through the oil mixture. Line the baking sheet with baking paper and spread the potatoes over it.
