Stuffed rice omelette
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: snow peas, eggs, spring onions (in rings), sesame oil, pre-cooked long grain express rice (250 g), oil, chili sauce and Japanese soy sauce (or sweet soy sauce).
Cook peas in plenty of water with salt in 3-4 minutes.
Cook and drain.
Dissolve eggs with spring onions, sesame oil, 1/2 tsp salt and pepper.
Heat the rice according to the instructions for use.
Heat oil in large frying pan and fry thin omelet from egg mixture.
Fry chilli sauce with soy sauce and 1 tbsp water in a bowl.
Make warm rice by snow peas.
Let omelette slide on plate, create rice-pea mixture and double-fold omelette.
Serve chilli sauce separately..
