Sugar pie with almonds
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: buttered puff pastry (frozen), garnish almonds, eggs (M), crème fraîche (125 ml), sugar, vanilla sugar, powdered sugar to sprinkle, flour to pollinate and butter or margarine to grease.

Preheat the oven to 175 ° C or gas oven 3. Pour the slices of puff pastry onto the worktop and defrost in approx. 10 minutes. Grease mold. Place the slices on top of each other and roll out on a floured countertop to a piece of 28 cm diameter. Cover with dough. Soak the bottom with the fork and put it in the refrigerator until it is used. Roast almonds in a dry frying pan until golden brown and grind in a food processor. Unscrew eggs with crème fraîche, vanilla sugar and 100 g sugar. Mix almonds. Give mixture in shape. Sprinkle with residual sugar.

Cake in the middle of oven in about 30 minutes light brown baking. Allow the cake to cool down until lukewarm, sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut into 8 dots. Delicious with cinnamon ice cream.
