Summer salad with bread and white cheese
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: shoarma breads (pack of 8), lemon (pressed), cucumber (sliced), (spray) tomatoes (in parts), red onion (in rings), white cheese cubes (200 g), fresh coriander (15 g, finely chopped) and olive oil with garlic flavor and chili pepper (bottle).

Spread light brown in toaster or under grill shawarma buns.

Roll into small pieces, lay in bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Cucumber, tomato, onion, cheese cubes and coriander in scale.

Pour over the oil and carefully saute the salad.

Season with salt and pepper.

Spread salad over four plates..
