Black bean tofu with chinese rice
A nice Chinese recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: white rice, Chinese stir-fry mix (a 400 g), ginger syrup, tofu naturel (375 g), sunflower oil, black bean sauce (black bean sauce and 120 g).

Boil rice according to directions on the package in plenty of boiling water.

Last 5 min.

Stir fry mix.

Cast off.

Add salt and pepper to taste and ginger syrup.

Meanwhile, drain tofu and pat dry with kitchen paper.

Cut into pieces of approx.

2 cm.

Oil in wok heating.

Tofu stir-fry in approx.
-
5 min.
-
Stir in the sauce and heat for 1 more minute.

Divide Chinese rice into 4 plates.
