                            Black bean tofu with chinese rice
A nice Chinese recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: white rice, Chinese stir-fry mix (a 400 g), ginger syrup, tofu naturel (375 g), sunflower oil, black bean sauce (black bean sauce and 120 g).

Directions
- 
                                Boil rice according to directions on the package in plenty of boiling water.
- 
                                Last 5 min.
- 
                                Stir fry mix.
- 
                                Cast off.
- 
                                Add salt and pepper to taste and ginger syrup.
- 
                                Meanwhile, drain tofu and pat dry with kitchen paper.
- 
                                Cut into pieces of approx.
- 
                                2 cm.
- 
                                Oil in wok heating.
- 
                                Tofu stir-fry in approx.
- 
                                5 min.
- 
                                Stir in the sauce and heat for 1 more minute.
- 
                                Divide Chinese rice into 4 plates.
- 
                                Create black bean tofu next to it..
