Summer stew with veg sausages
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: baby potatoes (700 g), green beans (halved), olive oil, onions (in sixes), red peppers (in square pieces), chipolata sausages ((180 g), in 3 dishes) and sugo pasta sauce (herbs (390 g)).

Boil the potatoes in water with salt for 12 minutes, drain and collect 100 ml of cooking water. Cook the green beans for 5 minutes.

Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and fry the potatoes in 10 min. Golden brown and almost done. Add the onions, peppers and sausages and stir-fry 5 minutes. Add the green beans, the pasta sauce and the potato boiling water and bring to the boil. Cook for 3 minutes on low heat. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve the dish in 4 deep plates.
