Meatballs with almonds
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, almonds ((100 g), coarsely chopped), garlic, mince (half-to-half), flat parsley ((20 g), finely chopped), egg, chilli (mill) , dry white wine (0.75 liters) and tomatoes (in small cubes).

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the almonds for 3 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for another 1 min. Put everything in a mixing bowl and allow to cool. Mix in the minced meat, half of the parsley and the egg. Add chili pepper and salt. Turn balls of the size of a walnut with wet hands.

Heat the rest of the oil and fry the balls over medium heat for 15-20 minutes until done. Times regularly. Add the wine after 10 minutes and the tomato after 15 minutes. Sprinkle with the rest of the parsley just before serving.
