Summer trifle with mixed fruit
A nice English recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: strawberries, lemon juice, powdered sugar, galia melon (in cubes), fresh peaches (in slices), blackberries, cream butter cake ((a 400 g), diced), vanilla custard and whipped cream (500 ml).

2 withhold strawberries for garnishing.

In a food processor, puree the rest of the strawberries with lemon juice and icing sugar until smooth sauce.

Carefully mix together melon, peach and blackberries.

Divide half of the cake over the ground and pour half of the strawberry sauce.

Divide half of fruit.

Divide the remainder of the cake, strawberry sauce and fruit.

In a bowl of vanilla custard and whipped cream, fold together and spread over fruit.

Place Trifle in a refrigerator for at least 1 hour so that flavor can develop properly.

Cut back strawberries in quarters.

Trifle garnish with strawberries..
