Tasty sushi bread wrapped in salmon and cucumber with wasabi and beetroot.

Directions

Cut the crusts of the bread. Mix the cream cheese with the wasabi.

Spread the slices of bread each with 1 tbsp cream cheese.

Divide the wasabirucola and beetroot over half of the sandwiches and cover with the rest of the slices of bread.

Cut each slice in width into 4 pieces.

Cut the cucumber with a cheese slicer into long ribbons.

Wrap the salmon around the sandwiches and leave the sides free.

Wrap the slices of cucumber around the salmon slices, but still show the salmon.

Put a tapas stick in each bun.
