Break the noodles into pieces and cook according to the instructions on the package. Divide the noodle over 4 bowls or deep plates.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the turkey strips 3 min. Add the wok vegetables and stir fry 4 min.

Add the wok sauce and warm for 1 more minute. Spoon the turkey-vegetable mixture on the noodles and serve.
