Pigfricandeau with thyme gravy and tagliatelle
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, green tagliatelle (500 g), tomatoes, butter or margarine, liquid herb broth, thyme and pork filet (slightly thicker cut).

Bring to the boil in pan.

Add tagliatelle and boil in 8 to 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, wash tomatoes and cut into slices.

Heat in butter and stir in stock, thyme and about 1/2 dl of water.

Place slices of pork ribs in gravy and gently heat for approx.

2 minutes.

Drain Tagliatelle and place on plate.

Place slices of fricandeau with gravy and tomato slices next to it..
