Prepare the bulgur according to the instructions on the packaging and let it cool.

Rub the grains between the hands and mix with the remaining ingredients, except the lettuce. Season well with salt and pepper and leave for 1 hour.

Serve the salad in a sheet of iceberg lettuce.
