Broccoli with 4 toppings
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, pine nuts, sunflower oil, smoked bacon cubes (250 g), white bread, fresh chives (finely chopped), Swiss cheese (Emmental, piece) and broccoli (in florets).

For adults and children: Roast the pine nuts in a frying pan without oil or butter for 2 min. Allow to cool on a plate.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in the same frying pan and fry the bacon in 7 min. On a not too high heat until crispy. Change regularly.

Meanwhile cut the crusts of the bread and cut the bread into cubes. Mix it in a bowl with the rest of the oil and pepper and salt to taste. Fry them in a frying pan on low heat, shoving for 8 minutes until golden brown and crunchy. Allow to cool and mix in the chives. Cut the cheese into cubes.

Boil the broccoli in water with salt in 4 minutes until al dente. Serve with the pine nuts, the bacon, the croutons and the cheese cubes in separate containers.
