Tagliatelle with minced beef
Creamy stroganoff of ground beef with tagliatelle.

Cook the tagliatelle al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile, squeeze out the garlic. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic for 1 min. Add the minced meat and fry in 3 min.

Mix in the paprika powder and cream and heat for another 5 minutes on low heat. Season with salt and pepper.

Clean the mushrooms with kitchen paper and cut into slices. Fry the mushrooms for 5 minutes.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the spinach in parts and let it shrink all the time.

Stir in the tagliatelle and season with salt and pepper. Divide over plates and spoon the minced sausage on it.
