Burritos with minced meat and black beans

Chop the onion, finely chop the garlic and jalapeñopepers. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and gently fry the onion with garlic and jalapeñopeper.

Stir in the minced meat with tomato puree and stir-fry 2-3 minutes. Add the black beans with water and let it simmer for 6-8 minutes.

Heat the tortillas according to the instructions on the package and brush them with Greek yogurt. Spread the lettuce over it and put the minced meat mixture in a thick bar. Fold the sides of the tortillas over the filling.

Serve the burritos with a tomato salsa of diced tomato with some finely chopped jalapeño pepper and fresh coriander.
