Ingredients
- 400 gram tagliatelle
- 200 gram pod
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 250 gram green asparagus in pieces of 4 cm
- 2 clove garlic pressed
- Lime peel grated
- Lemon peel grated
- Lime in parts
- Lemon in parts
- 250 gram smoked trout fillet in wide strips
- 125 gram Mozzarella in cubes
- 125 gram Mozzarella in slices
- 2 tablespoon fresh dill minced meat
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill only the leaves

Directions

Cook the tagliatelle with salt al dente.

Cook the snow peas for 2 minutes, drain them, rinse cold water and let drain.

Heat the olive oil. Stir fry the asparagus and garlic for 3 minutes.

Add the snow peas and cook for another 2 minutes. Mix the citrus zest through the vegetable mixture.

Place the poured tagliatelle, the trout, the mozzarella and 1 tablespoon dill through and heat.

Serve the dish with the rest of the dill and lime wedges.
