Directions

  1. Cook the tagliatelle with salt al dente.
  2. Cook the snow peas for 2 minutes, drain them, rinse cold water and let drain.
  3. Heat the olive oil. Stir fry the asparagus and garlic for 3 minutes.
  4. Add the snow peas and cook for another 2 minutes. Mix the citrus zest through the vegetable mixture.
  5. Place the poured tagliatelle, the trout, the mozzarella and 1 tablespoon dill through and heat.
  6. Serve the dish with the rest of the dill and lime wedges.
