Directions
-
Chop the onion coarsely. Cut the chestnut mushrooms and the shiitakes into slices. Heat butter in a frying pan and fry the sausages in brown and cooked for 10-12 minutes. In the meantime, cook the penne in a pan with plenty of boiling water with salt in 10-12 minutes until al dente.
-
Keep some of the cooking liquid. Keep the sausages warm on a plate under aluminum foil. Fry onion and garlic gently in the shortening. Scoop the mushrooms and shiitakes through them and fry them on a high heat brown.
-
Squeeze some lemon juice and let the moisture evaporate. Spoon tomato puree, Italian herbs and 2 tablespoons of past cooking water through the mushrooms.
-
Simmer for 2-3 minutes until it becomes a smooth sauce. In the meantime, cut the sausages into slices. Drain the penne and scoop the pasta with bratwurst through the sauce. Warm the dish for a moment. Serve with some Parmesan cheese.
