Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Roll out the rolls of pizza dough and place them side by side on the baking sheet with parchment paper. Leave them 1 cm on a long side and press this seam closed.

Mix in a bowl the Greek yogurt with 1-2 tbsp lemon juice, grated rind, some salt, freshly ground black pepper and 3-4 tablespoons of oil from the cans of tuna. Spread this mixture over the plate pizza. Pour the remaining oil from the tuna over a tray and spread the fish meat into pieces over the pizza.

Dab the drained peppers with paper towels dry and cut them lengthwise into broad strips. Put the bars between the tuna on the pizza. Sprinkle the capers and oregano over them.

Fry the pizza in the middle of the oven in 20-25 minutes until golden brown and done. Serve with a tomato salad.
