Low-fat hamburger with avocado salad

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Sprinkle the burgers with salt and pepper and fry them in 8 min. Brown and done. Times regularly.

Cut the tomatoes into quarters, remove the seeds and cut into strips. Cut the avocado half in half. Remove the kernel and scoop out the flesh with a spoon from the peel. Cut the flesh into pieces. Squeeze out the lime.

Meg the avocado, the lime juice, the rest of the oil, the tomato and spring onion in a bowl. Season with (chilli pepper) and salt if desired.

Cut the buns open. Spread the bottom half with the mayonnaise. Put a hamburger and a little salad on it. Put the top half of the bun on top and serve with the rest of the salad.
