Tartare with curry sauce
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, solid potatoes, olive oil, beef tarts, broken green beans (bag 1 kg, frozen), onion (chopped), curry powder, whipped cream (125 ml) and dried mint.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces. Boil in water with salt in 20 min. Until done.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan. Sprinkle the tarttails with salt and pepper and fry in 8 min. Brown and just cooked; times now and again. Remove from the pan and keep warm under a lid or aluminum foil.

Cook the frozen green beans in a little water with salt in 4 minutes until al dente.

Meanwhile, fry the onion in the shortening of the tarttails. Add the curry powder and 50 ml of water. Stir the cakes with a spatula. Add the whipped cream and boil for 4 minutes. Season with the mint, pepper and salt. Put the meat back in the pan for the last minute.

Drain the potatoes. Divide the tartarots over 4 plates and add the curry sauce. Serve with the potatoes and green beans.
