Ingredients
Directions
-
Preheat the oven to 200 ºC or to gas temperature 4.
-
Let the puff pastry thaw. Peel the apples, halve and remove the core.
-
Divide the butter into flakes over the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle the sugar over the butter. Place the apples with the convex side down.
-
Place the dish on the heat and let the sugar caramelize in approx. 10 minutes (brown colors).
-
Dust the kitchen counter with flour. Lay the dough slices together and roll out into a round piece.
-
Place the dough on the apples, cut away the overhanging dough. Push the dough in slightly.
-
Fry the cake in the middle of oven for about 20 minutes until done.
-
Put a plate on the plate, turn it together (watch out for the hot caramel!) And let the cake slide on the plate. Serve warm.
