Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 110 degrees Celsius.
  2. Cover a baking tray with baking paper.
  3. Beat the egg whites with a mixer until peaks occur.
  4. Gradually add the sugar.
  5. Make heaps on the baking paper and bake for about 1 hour in the oven.
  6. The larger the pieces, the longer they need in the oven.
  7. The meringues are ready when the bottom is dry.
  8. Allow to cool.
  9. Cut the strawberries into coarse pieces and marinate them in the vanilla sugar and balsamic vinegar.
  10. Cook the remaining fruit with the sugar in 15 minutes a compote and let cool.
  11. Do not beat the whipped cream completely and mix with the Greek yogurt.
  12. Crumbled meringue in uneven pieces.
  13. Mix through the whipped cream / yogurt mixture.
  14. Fill a champagne glass with compote, strawberries and the meringue / cream mixture.
  15. It can not be more tempting.
