Thai potato curry with steak and peanuts

Cut the steak into very thin slices.

Cut or chop the peppers into pieces.

Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes.

Toss the peppers (with seeds for spicy) with the spices, onions, garlic, sugar and oil with the food processor puree.

Fry the mixture for about 3 minutes in a frying pan or wok.

Then add the coconut milk, peanuts, and potatoes, and so much water that the potatoes are almost underneath.

Let it boil gently until al dente, in about 20 minutes.

Stir in the steak and scoop until the raw color has disappeared.

Season with fish sauce, salt and lime juice.

Eat with rice.
