Tilapia in sweet chili sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, white rice, tilapia fillet (fish, a ca. 200 g), flour, leek, sunflower oil, sweet chili sauce (a 500 ml) and pineapple slices (on own juice (432 g)).

Cook the rice according to the instructions for use.

Cut Tilapia into cubes.

Sprinkle flour with 1/2 tsp salt and pepper into a deep plate.

Fish by flourish.

Clean the leek and cut into rings.

Heat oil in frying pan and bake fish for 2 minutes.

Add the leek and bake for 4 minutes.

Add chili sauce.
-
Drain pineapple, collect 3 tbsp juice.

Cut the pineapple into pieces.
-
Add pieces of pineapple and juice and heat the fish dish for 2 more minutes.

Serve with rice..
