Tilapia with stir-fries sugar pods
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, wild and white rice (bag of 500 g), tilapia fillet (bag of 750 g of deep-freeze), oil (vegetable (bottle of 1 liter)), sugar pods (450 g of frozen), Thai (wok vegetable) (bag of 400 g)), coconut milk (light (400 ml)) and red curry paste (a 100 g container).

Ingredients
- 300 g wild and white rice bag of 500 g
- 500 g tilapia fillet bag a 750 g freezer
- 3 tablespoons oil vegetable (bottle a 1 liter)
- 1 business suit sugar pods 450 g freezer
- 300 g Thai wok vegetables (bag a 400 g)
- 1 look coconut milk light (400 ml)
- Tablespoons red curry paste container a 100 g

Directions

Boil rice according to directions on packaging.

In the meantime, cut fish into three slanted pieces and bake in 2 tbsp oil in a hot frying pan.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Meanwhile, 1 tbsp oil in wok heating.

Snow peas for 3 minutes.

Add Thai wok vegetables.

Add coconut milk and 2 tbsp curry paste (or more to taste) and cook for 5-7 minutes.

Finally, carefully cook curry pieces.

Divide rice into 4 plates and add sauce..
