Tiramisu with orange and strawberry and basil
Puree half of the strawberries with 2 tablespoons of white caster sugar.
Stir in the mascarpone with the orange zest, 2 tablespoons of orange juice and the rest of the caster sugar.
Fold in the whipped cream. Divide half of the long fingers on a low dish and drizzle with half of the orange juice.
Spoon half of the mascarpone mixture and spread the strawberry puree over it.
Put the rest of the long fingers on top, drizzle with the rest of the orange juice and spread over the rest of the mascarpone mixture.
Cover and put in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Garnish with the rest of the strawberries and basil leaves.
