In a pan, bring a layer of water of at least 6 cm to the boil and add the white wine vinegar. Turn the heat down so that the water no longer bubbles.

Break 1 egg carefully into a bowl or cup.

Let the egg slide into the water. Hold the water to boil and let the egg cook for approx. 3 minutes. Do the same with the other eggs.

Carefully remove the eggs from the pan with a slotted spoon and drain well. Sprinkle with salt and salt.
