Wholemeal toast with scrambled eggs
Roasted slices of wholemeal bread with scrambled eggs, which you make with a portion of Dutch stir-fry vegetables.

Toast the slices of bread in the toaster.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the Dutch stir-fry vegetables for 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Meanwhile, break the eggs over a bowl and add the water. Beat the eggs with a fork or whisk.

Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan with non-stick coating. Pour the eggs in and stir until the eggs are almost solidified.

Season with pepper and salt.

Divide the slices of bread over the plates. First scrape the scrambled eggs and then the vegetables.
