Kaiser rolls filled with egg and ham
Rolls for the Christmas breakfast filled with egg and ham and chives.
Preheat the oven to 160 ° C.
Cut off the tops of the rolls. This is a circle of approx. 8 cm.
Roll out the rolls from the inside as much as possible with your fingers. The caps and contents are no longer used.
Line the inside of the sandwiches with the ham. Put the rolls on the baking sheet.
Break an egg in each bun.
Put the rolls in the oven for 20-25 minutes. The protein has now solidified, the egg yolk is not yet.
In the meantime, cut the chives finely. Sprinkle the buns with the chives.
