Croissants with homemade apricot jam

Make the jam a day in advance.

Halve the apricots and remove the seeds.

Cut the apricots into pieces.

In a pan, bring the pieces of apricot with the orange juice and the jelly sugar to the boil while stirring and let boil for four minutes until it becomes a jam.

Transfer the jam to a jar or dish and allow to cool.

Serve the croissants on plates with a plate of jam and a bowl of butter next to it.
